Welcome bonus

BC.GAME’s first-deposit partner offer gives a 180% match up to USD 1,000 plus separate 40% rakeback, from USD 5. The bonus is credited in USD. The match and rakeback are separate components; adding them does not create a 220% cash bonus.

Wagering and expiry

The matched bonus starts in a locked USD balance and is released gradually through play. The release formula is amount wagered × house edge × 1%: how much becomes available depends on your stakes and the house edge of the games played.

This partner offer has no expiry, maximum bet, game restriction or maximum cashout restriction. A withdrawal forfeits the bonus. After registering, open your Bonus section for the current account-specific conditions before accepting it; Terms §12.2 give an individual promotion’s rules precedence for that offer.

The separate 40% rakeback uses amount wagered × house edge × 40%. It is credited automatically as you wager and is immediately available to play or withdraw without additional wagering. The USD 1,000 ceiling applies only to the deposit match; this separate rakeback has no monetary cap.

At a hypothetical 4% house edge, USD 1,000 in stakes releases USD 0.40 from the locked bonus and credits USD 16 in separate rakeback.

Other rewards and cancellation

Other BC.GAME rewards can work differently. The July 2026 Help Desk deposit-rakeback guide describes the same release formula, while its separate monthly guide excludes player-versus-player wagers from release. That game restriction belongs to the separate programme; it does not change the partner conditions above.

The Help Desk’s cancellation article allows cancellation of certain bonus rewards, removing both the reward and related profits. It excludes deposit bonuses from that option, so cancellation is not a universal way to unlock a balance.

Games and the crypto focus

Crash, Limbo, Keno, Hilo, Plinko and Mines sit in the BC Originals section, alongside separate Slots, Live Casino and sportsbook areas. The homepage describes a shared casino and sports wallet. Fire Stampede, BC.GAME Baccarat and BCGAME Roulette also appear as lobby cards.

BC.GAME publishes a hash-chain method for checking Crash outcomes, with a 1% house edge in the documented version. It lets readers inspect the calculation; it does not predict results or describe every third-party slot.

What is bcgame.nz?

The Anjouan register connects the exact bcgame.nz domain to Twocent Technology Limited. The site footer names that company and its Belize registration number, 41939.

Check the Anjouan register before relying on the licence after its listed expiry; renewal is not established. The .nz ending does not establish New Zealand licensing or eligibility.

Terms §4.3 exclude residents of, and people accessing from, Australia, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and the Union of the Comoros. FATF-blacklisted countries and other prohibited jurisdictions are also excluded. An unlisted country does not automatically qualify: local law and account acceptance still apply.

Players must be at least 18, or the higher local gambling age. The linked KYC guide adds age over 70 and, temporarily, Brazil as rejection criteria. It says players with finally rejected KYC may still play, while some currencies require verification for deposits or withdrawals. Game access therefore does not establish payment access; these KYC criteria are not a universal registration ban. Check the requirements for your chosen currency before funding an account, rather than relying on access to the lobby.

Deposits, withdrawals and verification

Denis regularly deposits, plays and withdraws at BC.GAME. Ordinary requests in his account were approved within five minutes, often sooner. His earlier experience also included exceptionally large withdrawals around USD 50,000 or more that could take up to an hour. Verification could take a few hours. His account had no withdrawal-request or daily ceiling.

Terms §11 gives no numeric universal cap or ordinary processing deadline. Estimates are indicative, with bank and blockchain delays separate from operator handling. The linked fiat guide gives five minutes to a few days depending on the bank; its instant-crypto claim allows exceptions.

Cashier-specific methods, amounts and limits remain unconfirmed. Terms §11.3 generally return withdrawals to the deposit method; an alternative must belong to the verified player. Operator fees must be disclosed before confirmation, and banks or networks may charge separately.

For a bank payment, distinguish release by the casino from receipt in your account. With crypto, check both the token and destination network: the same fiat display value does not make different assets or networks interchangeable.

Terms §§5–6 permit identity and address checks, payment or wallet ownership, selfies and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth information. Checks can happen before or after registration, before payments and again after earlier verification. Incomplete verification can delay withdrawals or restrict services.

Fraud, AML or account-security investigations can also delay a request. Under §§11.4–11.5, delays must be proportionate and no longer than reasonably necessary; an investigation alone does not justify permanent retention of legitimate funds. Section 6.7 likewise limits retention to legal, competent-authority or proven-breach grounds. Neither provision sets a completion deadline. Bonus balance conditions are explained in Welcome bonus.

Support and complaints

Live Support is the site’s contact route. Terms §20 direct complaints to Customer Support, with further internal review if necessary. They promise reasonable efforts to investigate fairly within a reasonable time, without a numeric reply deadline.

The linked Help Desk gives recovery@bcgame.com specifically for eligible balances remaining after exclusion and requires KYC for that request.

The Anjouan complaint process starts through the operator’s interactive licence seal. Submit game-result disputes within 14 days and account disputes, including payments and bonuses, within 30 days. The operator has 30 calendar days to respond; unresolved cases may then go to an approved independent ADR provider. The authority does not mediate individual disputes, and complaints from prohibited territories are excluded.

Current Terms §20.4 refer to the licensing jurisdiction’s laws, subject to applicable law and licence conditions. The older whitepaper instead names Curaçao.

Self-exclusion and gambling controls

The Gambling Limits page offers daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly loss and wagering caps through Set Gambling Limit. Caps reset at 00:00 UTC at the end of each period. Removing one takes effect at 00:00 UTC after at least 24 hours of cooling off.

Terms §16.3 allow exclusion through the website or Customer Support, restricting wagering and stopping promotional messages where reasonably practicable. The dedicated page sets out:

1. A 24-hour break from casino and sports betting. Changing its type restarts the timer.
2. A further 24-hour window to select one day, one week, one month, six months or permanent exclusion. The page calls this irreversible.

The linked Help Desk requires an email confirmation before the initial cooldown starts, followed by another email to confirm or cancel exclusion after it ends.

The current instructions conflict on duration and balances. The dedicated page’s introduction says remaining balances are unavailable; Step 2 permits login to withdraw. The Responsible Gambling FAQ describes a minimum six-month exclusion and a seven-day cooling-off option, differing from the process above.

The Help Desk article dated 19 August 2026 says permanent exclusion forfeits funds with unfinished wagering. It gives seven days from notification to request eligible withdrawals, then forfeits the remaining balance. Current Terms §§15.3–15.4 say closure does not automatically forfeit legitimate funds, except on stated legal or established-breach grounds, and §3.2 gives the Terms priority over other policies. How these conflicting provisions apply to balances remains unresolved.

Ask support to confirm duration and balance handling in writing when requesting exclusion. If you need to stop gambling, seek exclusion and help promptly; do not keep wagering to clear a bonus. Independent support is available through Gambling Therapy.

Regulatory history and earlier operators

The court judgment in CUR2024H00247 identifies Blockdance B.V. as BC.Game’s operator through at least 30 April 2024, then Small House B.V. The 22 November 2024 Curaçao government gazette records both companies as declared bankrupt by judgments dated 12 November 2024.

BC.GAME announced withdrawal of its Curaçao licence on 5 December 2024. The CGA enforcement register, dated 12 December 2025, records Small House B.V.’s OGL/2023/118/0060 as revoked effective 6 December 2024. The company’s withdrawal description differs from the regulator’s revocation record.

The Dutch regulator’s 17 October 2024 enforcement order against BlockDance concerned unlicensed gambling at bc.game and bcgame.lu, not bcgame.nz.

These records concern previous operators. They do not establish the financial position of the current Anjouan licence holder, Twocent Technology Limited.
